The prime symptom is, obviously, that they’re bloated! When a betta is suffering from dropsy, its belly will look like it has ‘dropped’, and appears to be hanging down. Popeye/cloudy eyes, fin & tail rot, dropsy (bloated fish), etc.
Betta Seems Fine But Distended Swim Bladder. His color is back and he is swimming happily and hungry! Nothing unusual findings on the fish/frog:
